The importance of questions and the internet

We should use both closed and open questions because they are both used to get information out of people in different ways. Closed questions are questions that usually end in a simple “yes” or “no” or one word answers. This type of question can be used for surveys, and short answer questions, for example, “Do you own any pets?” this question can be answered with one word. Open questions are questions that require more explanation. This type of question can be used for a job interview, and an open response, for example, “Why are you interested in this job” The answer to this question would not make sense with one word so you would answer with more of an explanation with definitely more than one word. Open and closed questions can be used for many things but closed question can also be very useful with the internet. For example Google, if you type a short question it is easier for google to find exactly what you want if you type keywords of your question (most important word in the question) into the search bar. Google tries to match every word you typed with a website. We should use Google search tips to find what we want but be more specific making it easier to do work, research, etc.
